chapter 1

Nick, the narrator, starts off the book by telling us that he just moved in to west egg, new york. Nick knows people over at east egg. He has a friend named tom that he went to school with and a cousin daisy. he goes over to their place one night and finds a friend named jordan, shes a pro golfer. nick then finds out that tom has another woman.

this book starts off really slow and doesnt seem like it has a point.
